Biography

Dr. Ajay Kumar Shah holds a Ph.D. from Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM), an M.Phil. from the Faculty of Management at Tribhuvan University (TU), and a Master in Business Studies (MBS) from TU's Peoples' Campus. His research contributions include 12 published articles as a main or co-author in diverse national and international peer-reviewed journals. He has actively presented papers at international conferences and consistently engaged in research training and development programs.

Dr. Shah's leadership experience includes 14 years serving concurrently as the Academic Director at Ace Institute of Management and the Research Director at Ace Research Center. Currently, he serves as an assistant professor at Kathmandu University School of Law, where he contributes as a faculty member for accounting and finance.
