Sabina Baniya C. Pokhrel is an Assistant professor at Kathmandu University School of Management, Nepal, specializing in Human resources and coordinating Graduate Programs. With an MPhil in Management and a Ph.D. scholar, Sabina has a strong foundation in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Her research interests focus on organizational behavior, particularly in employee engagement, work-life balance, workplace learning, and informal learning. Her scholarly contributions have received best paper awards at international conferences and are published in Q1-ranked journals such as The International Journal of Management Education and The Qualitative Report.
