Biography

Mr. Karki is Computer Engineer with Masters in Economics and MBA in Finance currently working as Assistant 

Professor of Economics at Kathmandu University School of Management. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Rural Water Financing. He mainly specialize in developing software for Business Intelligence Development, Market Research, IPTelephony and Banking. Further he has carried out extensive research in rural water economics, stock market and banking and its impact in economy with publication of seven peer reviewed paper in ABDC ranked journal and Chartered-ABS ranked journal. Besides, I am known for my academic excellence, impeccable work skill and proven technical expertise I have been delivering software in both J2EE and .NET framework throughout my professional career. I have experience in working in various programming and development environment and possess profound insight in field of software engineering and financial modeling. Meanwhile I find pleasure in working in research area of climate finance, health economics and aspire to work in challenging area of knowledge discovery and quantitative techniques of econometrics and risk forecasting .Further I like to write short fiction stories. He is also certified trainer of ITC’s Trade Map and Market Access Map tools.
