Rule of Law and Human Rights Educator- considerable amount of presentations made on different issues  of rule of law, human rights and judicial system. The issues  may include rule of law, right to fair trial, access to justice, judicial education, court management and planning, economic and social rights, right to development, migrant's rights,  right based approach, eastern concept of right and freedoms, national and international human rights mechanisms and contemporary human rights issues.  The participants would include human rights defenders, members of civil society, judges, court staff, prosecutors, civil servants, police personnel, lawyers and  mediapersons .

Secretary, National Human Rights Commission of Nepal with additional responsibiites  of National Project Director for  UNDP supported  Strengthening of National Human Rights Institutions in Nepal Project, 2008-2013

Worked with UNDP and UN Country Team in Nigeria along with regular support to UNOHCHR, Geneva as a Human Rights Specialist, 2000-2004

Joint Registrar (Head- R&D Division) of the Supreme Court of Nepal with additional responsibilities of coordinating DANIDA supported Human Rights and Good Governance Project etc, 1992

Assistant to the Chief Justice with additional assignment of R&D division of the Supreme Court of Nepal, 1990
