Dr. Subedi is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of the School of Education. He has been teaching in Kathmandu University for 18 years. His areas of expertise are entrepreneurial leadership, organizational behavior, human resource management, instructional leadership, innovative pedagogy, programs and projects designing in schools, school community partnership and action research for school improvement. He has published many articles and book chapters in national and international journals.
