Biography

At present I am assistant professor at dept. of electrical and electronics enginering, school of engineering, Kathmandu University. I am active researcher, with more than a decade of research experience, in the field of wireless communication and networking.

I also worked as post doctorate researcher in UWB Wireless Communications Research Center, Dept. of Information and Communication, Inha University, Incheon, Korea for two years (2013-2015).

I have received PhD in computer engineering (with concentration in wireless communication and networking) from Chosun University, Korea.

Research

My research interest includes MAC layer protocol design for various wireless networking technologies including WMAN, WLAN, WPAN, and WBAN. Self organizing networks, femtocell deployed broadband access, Multi-user MIMO system, high efficiency network, 4G and beyond and internet of things belong to my field of interest.
