Ram Kaji Budhathoki is a Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Kathmandu University. He has been involved in engineering education, research and management since 2001. He received his Ph.D in Electronic and Information Engineering from Chonbuk National University in 2015.
His research interests lie in the areas of circuits and systems, memory resistor (memristor), neural networks and electronics in agriculture. He is serving as editorial member and reviewer of several journals and international conferences. He is (co-)author of 16 peer-reviewed journal articles, 32 conference papers and 2 book chapters.
