The Department of Management Science and Information at Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) successfully organized a workshop titled "Capacity Building in Digitalization and Evidence-Based Business Decision for Traders" on January 15–16, 2025.

The workshop aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of participants in adopting digital technologies and data-driven approaches for informed decision-making. With the rapid evolution of digital tools and the growing importance of leveraging data in business, the program sought to equip traders with practical insights and techniques to improve their operational efficiency, competitiveness, and adaptability in today’s dynamic market landscape.

Through a blend of interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, and expert-led discussions, the workshop was designed to foster a deeper understanding of how digital transformation can be a catalyst for growth and sustainability in trade and commerce.
