Three PhD Students in the Department of Mathematics Successfully Defended their Doctoral Dissertations

On November 3, 2019, Mr. Jeevan Kafle successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Advanced Dynamic Simulation of Landslide Generated Tsunami, Submarine Mass Movement and Obstacle Interaction".

On November 5, 2019, Mr. Puskar Raj Pokhrel successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Generalized Quasi Two–Phase Bulk Mixture Models for Mass Flow.”

On November 5, 2019, Mr. Parameshwari Kattel successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Some Aspects of Multi-Phase Debris Flows: Dynamics, Flow–Obstacle–Interactions and Model Construction.” 

These three PhD works have been supervised by Prof. Dr. Bhadra Man Tuladhar.

Department of Mathematics acknowledges Dr. Shiva P. Pudasaini from University of Bonn, Germany for his academic and scientific support to these scholars during their PhD study.
