The National Webinar on School Improvement Plan (SIP) and School Operational Plan (SOP) Practices in Schools was successfully conducted on Saturday, January 4, 2025. The event was organized by the One Year M.Ed. in Leadership & Management (2024) cohort, bringing together education professionals and experts to discuss effective strategies for school development.

The webinar featured inspiring opening remarks from Prof. Dr. Bal Chandra Luitel, Dean; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shesha Kanta Pangeni, Head of Department; and Assist. Prof. Dr. Basu Prasad Subedi of KUSOED.

Keynote speakers Mr. Heramba Raj Kadel, Mr. Santosh Acharya, Mr. Surendra Bajracharya, and Ms. Bidya Chitrakar shared their invaluable expertise and experiences on SIP and SOP practices, contributing significantly to the success of the event.
