VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FACULTY POSITION

Kathmandu University, School of Engineering invites application from dynamic and competent candidates who are willing to take up professional challenges in academics, for the following position on contract basis:

Note:  Initial contract period will be 6 months or one semester. Contract period will be extended  based upon performance.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:Lecturer

            Master's degree in related field with 1st Division

Teaching Assistant

            4 Years bachelor degree in Related field with 1st division

If the division is not clear in the transcript/certificate, the candidate shall submit certification from the relevant authority about the division. Application with unclear division and lack of equivalence from relevant authority may be subject to rejection. Division recognition for unclear cases would be as per the decision of the selection committee.  Degree obtained from abroad should produce equivalence certificate from relevant authority in Nepal.

Documents Required:

Recent CV, Copies of Mark sheets and certificates of all academic degree qualifications, transcripts, citizenship certificate, work and professional experience certificates, engineering council registration certificate(for engineering disciplines), at least two recommendation letters as applicable. Two recent PP size photographs should also attach.

Interested candidates should submit the above mentioned documents along with cover letter not later than 25th October 2019 to the Dean's Office, School of Engineering, KU Dhulikhel,Kavre.
