Pioneer Law Associates partnered with KUSOL to provide the final year students with a three-week intensive course on Information Technology and Law.

The course aimed to bridge the gap between academia and the market by fostering discussions on the implementation of legal theories pertaining to technology law.The three-week, highly interactive session was conducted by Managing Partner Adv. Anup Raj Upreti and his team consisting Adv Suman Siwakoti, Adv Sujan Shrestha and Mr. Sampurna Basnet. The session covered issues pertaining to e-commerce, operating a telecommunication business, privacy law, and freedom of expressionWe would like to extend a special thanks to our alumni Mr. Kirit Mani Adhikari (3rd batch BBM LLB) who is currently a trainee associate at Pioneer for being a catalyst in initiating these sessions.
