  • End: May 25, 2025 (Jestha 11, 2082) 

• How to Apply:

  • Fill out the online form at convocation.ku.edu.np.

  • Upload bank transaction voucher for convocation fee along with any required documents 

 Preparations & Notifications

• Gown Distribution / Volunteer Calls: The university’s convocation portal lists additional logistics like gown distribution schedules and calls for volunteers/emcees 

• Program Schedule: Detailed schedule for the day (time, procession, speeches, parking, volunteer orientation) will be released closer to June 13 on KU’s official site
