The Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Kathmandu University and Fusemachines entered into a Memory of Understanding(MoU) to develop quality AI workforce. The MoU was signed by the Department Head, Dr. Bal Krishna Bal, Associate Professor, Kathmandu University and Managing Director, Asia Pacific Operations, Fusemachine Nepal, Mr. Parag Shrestha on Nov 23, 2022. The MoU envisages mutual cooperation and collaboration to support curriculum development, effective mentoring and internships. This is a major milestone to the recently launched Artificial Intelligence Programs (Bachelors and Masters) by Kathmandu University for the first time in Nepal at Panchkhal campus.
