JOB DESCRIPTION
Brief Responsibilities

The person shall be responsible to:

• Plan and develop examination-related softwares;
• Identify opportunities to improve and update the softwares and systems;
• Initiate and coordinate to develop strategies, policies and procedures;
• Monitor and manage data and documentation;
• Perform examination related works.

Job Requirement
Qualification

MBA/ EMBA or Master’s degree in related area (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering  or relevant subjects) with minimum second division + three years of work experiences at Officer level

Required abilities:

• Communicate, negotiate and maintain relations with employees individually and collectively and with external experts and agencies
• Write reports, policies and guidelines of professional standards both in English and Nepali
• Convince, influence, counsel, advise and train people as needed
• Manage staff members
• Manage meetings, functions and programs

Critical Attributes

Leadership, adaptability, decisiveness, helping and problem-solving orientation, supportive behaviour, sense of fairness, patience, stress tolerance, interpersonal orientation, development orientation.

Documents Required:

Attested copies of the mark sheets of academic qualifications/ transcripts (SLC to last degree), citizenship certificate, work and professional experience certificates (both existing and previous), and training certificates.

• Last date of submission: 24^th June 2021
• Age not exceeding 45 years
• The completed application form along with all the required documents and a voucher of Rs 500 should be submitted to KU Central Office, Dhulikhel, Kavre or emailed to career@ku.edu.np.
• At the time of collecting admit card, the shortlisted candidates must make a payment of Rs.1200 as the fee for cognitive and performance test and interview.
• Salary and benefits will be as per the rule of the University.
