BIT Double Degree Students Visit Crown Institute of Higher Education (CIHE) Nepal Office

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is pleased to share that the first batch of BIT students enrolled in the Double Degree Program visited Mr. Deepak Khadka, Founder and Director of Crown Institute of Higher Education (CIHE). The meeting was held at the CIHE Nepal office on August 3, 2025.

During the visit, the CIHE representative provided comprehensive guidance on the academic structure and professional prospects of the program. The session also included focused visa counseling for students preparing to complete their third and fourth years of study at CIHE in Australia under the Double degree arrangement.

The program was attended by Prof. Dr. Bal Krishna Bal, Associate Dean, School of Engineering and Steering Committee member of the Double Degree BIT Program, and Dr. Pankaj Raj Dawadi, Acting Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Kathmandu University.

This visit represents a meaningful step toward strengthening international academic collaboration and supporting students in their global learning journey.
