Biography

Anchoring the academic frontier at Kathmandu University School of Management, my journey weaves together roles as an Assistant Professor and research Scholar. Specializing in finance and management, my approach integrates rigorous data analysis with a strong commitment to sustainable and green financial practices. My recent tenure includes coordinating research degree programs, enriching both doctoral and master's candidates with contemporary knowledge and practical skills.

The classroom and research arena are my domains, where I have steered undergraduate programs and contributed to developing cutting-edge finance curricula. Alongside academics, consulting has been a pivotal aspect of my contributions, aiding organizations in navigating financial complexities. I help organizations and policy institutions in building their sustainability strategies and offer action plans. More detaild can be found :

Research

As an aspiring Professor with a deep commitment to advancing the fields of finance and accounting, my research focuses on the burgeoning areas of green and sustainable finance. My academic journey, culminating in a PhD from the University of Strathclyde, has equipped me with a robust foundation in these critical areas. I am an Assistant Professor of Finance and Accounting at Kathmandu University School of Management, where I am actively engaged in teaching and research in:

In 2023-2024, I provided research support for Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) Transmissions' sustainability strategy under the leadership of Professor Iain Black

In 2023, I also provided research support to the Scottish Government’s Investor Panel in attracting global capital to accomplish the net zero target under the leadership of Professor Dimitris Andriosopoulas
