Visa Information
Visa can be obtained on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
Visa can also be obtained at the nearest Nepal Embassy or Diplomatic Mission.
Indian nationals do not require visa to enter into Nepal.


International Connection:
Kathmandu is connected by direct flights from/to Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Chengdu, Doha, Guangzhou, Mumbai, Muscat, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Delhi, Dhaka, Dubai, Hong Kong, Karachi, Kolkata, Seoul, Varanasi, and others.

Foreign Currency and Credit Cards
Credit cards like American Express, Master and Visa are accepted at major hotels, shops, and ATM is widely in use in Kathmandu.

The average temperature of Kathmandu during September lies between 15 to 25 oC.
Climatic conditions of Nepal vary from one place to another in accordance with the geographical features. In the north summers are cool and winters severe, while in south summers are tropical and winters are mild.
