Signing of Agreement Regarding Educational and Financial Aspect between LMTC and KU for Geomatics Engineering Program

The agreement regarding Educational and Financial Aspect for promoting BE in Geomatics Program was signed on 6 th April 2008 between LMTC and KU in presence of Prof, Dr.Suresh Raj Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Kathmandu University and Registrar of Kathmandu University Prof, Dr.Bhadra Man Tuladhar.

This agreement is based on MOU between two institutions signed on 2064/2/25.

Dr. Bhola Thapa, Dean School of Engineering, Kathmandu University and Mr. Krishna Adhikari, Executive Director of LMTC signed on MOU.

During the program, Prof, Dr.Suresh Raj Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Kathmandu University expressed his happiness for starting BE courses in Geomatics Program and emphasized on mutual effort for entire success of the program.

Dr. Bhola Thapa, Dean School of Engineering, Kathmandu University expressed the interrelation between LMTC and KU.

Mr. Krishna Raj Adhikari, Executive Director of LMTC briefly discussed the background for Starting the Geomatics Program and expressed his support for improvement of the entire Geomatics program.

Mr. Krishna Prasad Dhungel, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Land Reform And Management, Co-ordinator Geomatics Program, staff from LMTCand Kumar Baral (Finance Manager), Director, Student Affairs, and faculty of Geomatics Engineering, Kathmandu University were also present in the program.
