On May 12th, the Confucius Institute at KU took part
in the China Education Exhibition in Kathmandu, Nepal. It was organized
by China Scholarship Council and undertaken by Chinese Embassy to Nepal,
Nepal-China Cultural & Educational Council and Confucius Institute
at KU. Fourteen Universities from China including Beijing University of
Aeronautics and Astronautics attended the exhibition.
Wu Chun Tai, the Ambassador of Chinese Embassy to Nepal, and Prasad Poudel,
the education minister of Nepal attended the exhibition. Both of them
indicated that the development of China education is influential to Nepal.
