Aquatic Ecology Centre

The Aquatic Ecology Centre (AEC) at Kathmandu University was established in the year 2003 with the objective of improving academic activities through research and scientific networking. It also aims to imparting training and providing analytical services to individuals, government and non-governmental organisations in the field of physico-chemical and biological soil and water quality examination. The centre was built with generous financial support received from Mr. Hasko F. Nesemann, a German Aquatic Biologist.
